As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a critical part of FirstFuel’s Customer Success organization, responsible for supporting day-to-day activities of FirstFuel’s team of Customer Success Managers and Technical Project Managers. The Specialist position represents a growth opportunity within FirstFuel’s organization, with exposure to both internal and external activities. Examples of internal projects include metrics reporting, client support, issue coordination and resolution, Salesforce.com administration, and market analysis. Examples of external activities include project management, SaaS application configuration, data analysis and troubleshooting, client training, onsite meeting support, trade show support, and powerpoint material preparation and delivery.
An important aspect of the Specialist role will entail working collaboratively in a cross functional environment with members of various FirstFuel teams, including Engineering, Product, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing and other teams, to deliver measurable value for our clients.
An ideal candidate will have an interest in energy, utilities, and Software-as-a-Service (Saas) products. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on a range of different tasks associated with making our customers successful.
